Load Validation Profile Fact Sheet

This document addresses common questions and provides guidance on how to validate a load profile. The document also outlines the scientific rationale for this requirement for the purposes of preventing the intentional release in the environment through failure of decontamination procedures. This is currently required for the certification of facilities at PC3 and PC4 level and is highly recommended for any facility when an autoclave is used for the purpose of destroying a GMO.
