Why you must submit an annual report
The completion of an annual report is a condition of accreditation. The annual report helps your organisation demonstrate it is meeting its obligations and responsibilities under the:
- Gene Technology Act 2000
- corresponding state legislation
- Gene Technology Regulations 2001
- Guidelines for Accreditation of Organisations.
We may audit your annual report.
How to submit an annual report
Annual reports cover the financial year (1 July to 30 June). They must be submitted by 30 September each year.
Accredited organisations will be contacted at the end of the financial year advising them of their reporting requirements. The annual report form will be available in a downloadable form.
